Our 4 Week Meal Plan

Time sure flies when you are having fun.. it’s time again for my 4 Week Meal Plan.  We Stockpile our groceries and use coupons to get the best bag for our buck. We stick 99% off the time to this plan, which helps us eliminate the last minute McDonald’s Dinner run or Mhh what’s for supper from everyone. What’s on the Plan that’s for dinner that night. We have been doing this for a good 6 month now and it works wonders.. You should try it

Monday :
Party Meatball Subs ( Crock Pot)

Tuesday: BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches & veggies

Wednesday: Sauerkraut , Bratwurst & Mashed Potatoes  ( Crock Pot)

Thursday: Chicken fajitas

Friday: French Pizza bread ala German..

Saturday: Bratwurst & Potato bake

Sunday @ Mimi’s House

Monday Big Juicy Burger ( Crock Pot)

Tuesday: Baked Chicken and Potato Casserole

Wednesday: Southwestern Quinoa Vegetable Casserole

Thursday: Chicken Chili ( Crock Pot)

Friday: Rouladen & Noodles ( german Meat Rolls)

Saturday: Pork Shoulder, Baked Potato a nd Veggies

Sunday: @ Mimi’s House

Monday: Fun Alphabet Soup (Crock pot)

Tuesday: Schnitzel & German Potato Salad

Wednesday: Tacos

Thursday: Mushroom Pork Chops and Rice & Veggies ( crock Pot)

Friday: Ribs Crockpot & Mashed Potato

Saturday: Rindfleisch-Eintopf ( German Beef Stew)

Sunday: @ Mimi’s House

Monday: Tempting Tortilla Casserole ( crock pot)

Tuesday : Ropa Vieja ( Crock Pot)

Wednesday: Spaghetti

Thursday: HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Friday: Thanksgiving leftovers

Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner

Sunday: @ Mimi’s House

    I only do a meal plan once a week, because plans always get messed up, but I agree that it is the best way to stay healthy, on track, and it is monetarily valuably to not order out 3 times a week!

      Kirsten… I know isn’t it nice knowing what we have for supper that night… I do the plan for 4 weeks because I hate to make it and so I only hate to make it once a month…hahah… and so far I have been lucky and we hardly ever change things… 🙂 Thanks for the visit

    The quinoa southwest veggie casserole sounds great! I am always trying to figure out WHAT in the World to do with quinoa. I tried it a couple of times and LOVED it! So, thanks for the great idea. I’ll have to add that to one of my healthy meal plan rotations.. Thanks!
