A few weeks ago, if you remember, I was brave enough to open up to my readers and stand up against domestic violence and share my own personal story. It wasn’t easy to tell my story, especially to the entire world, but if I was able to stop it, everyone can!

With the New Year I decided to make a change and stand up for domestic violence and help women and children in any way I can. I never got the help from family and friends when I needed it most, so I want to be better person and I would love my readers to join me and taking the pledge and promise to all the women and children out there that “We will NOT look the other way”…

I would be honored if you take the pledge with me, this is my New Years resolution to help in any way I can and Brave Women is an amazing organization with lots of resources. So whether you are a brave women yourself or are brave to stand up for someone else and give them the courage to be brave on their own, let’s stand up and take the pledge together…..

Besides being more aware around me and standing up for those who are in need and quietly crying for help, I will also donate clothes and toys that are no longer needed in our family to Women shelter in our community, they are in dire need of clothing and toys; a lot of women have to leave with nothing but the clothes on their body and anything is better than nothing to get them back on their feed.

So, take a minute and take the pledge; you can make a difference in 2012; you may be someone’s Angel and you just don’t know it yet.
