Okay; Mondays come way too fast… wasn’t it just Friday… yesterday? We had a rainy weekend in Central Florida and I really enjoyed it. I’m still couch bound for most of the day, so that was nice. I love rainy days laying around the house…

I did start on the big Holiday Gift Guide that will kick off November 1st; with everything a  Toddler, PreK/Tween, teen, Mom & Dad would need. I’m super excited and can’t wait to share all the details with you guys, until then just keep an eye on the Holiday Gift Guide tap on the Blog; I will actually post a preview of ALL the giveaways in the next few weeks, so check back often :0).

On December 1st, we are also kicking of Curtis the mischief Elf, he will countdown Christmas for us with lots of Adventures; he’s a little Elf that is only a few light years young, what trouble could get into; should I even trust him reporting back to Santa? Ya all have to come and count down with Curtis come December 1st… he is hilarious.

As you can see, we have lots planned for the upcoming Holiday Season and are super excited and hope you are as excited as we are.Oh, if you haven’t heard, check out our M&M’s White Candy Corn Craft, we are now part of a National Competition and if you can spare a minute or two, would love to have your vote (look for Melanie Roberts on the drop down) and even a Tweet, Facebook or just a comment…. we are trying to impress M&M’s and want them to know how awesome our readers are… they are now getting a dose of how AWESOME we can be….

So now all the excitement is out of the way…whohoooooo… (I hope you are excited for us as well…:0)) it’s time to put together our Meal Plan for the week. This is what Hubby and the kids will be eating this week, for me it’s yet another week ( week 4) for Bred and water until I see the Dr. next week…. :0(..The good news, he found what’s wrong and called me in a prescription, the bad news it takes month for me to get better.. but I will get there……Keep the faith.

Monday:         Meatball Sandwiches

Tuesday:        Baked Chicken & Veggies

Wednesday: Shepard’s Pie

Thursday:     Pulled Pork Crockpot Sandwiches

Friday:           Taco Salad

Saturday:     White Chicken Chili

Sunday: Mom’s night off…dinner at Mimi’s house

This will be a simple week, what are you dishing up…?? Would love to hear it and maybe get some ideas…any Crockpot recipes you would like to share?  We are always in need of some yummy creations…..
