Monday Meal Plan & Sea Cuisine Review

in Meal Plan, Product Review

Last week sure was busy; I was so glad I had my meal plan. With two sick kids in the house and everything going in a total different direction that I had planned, our Meal plan sure saved us from running to the big Mc D’s…lol; last week we also had on our Meal Plan Baked fish with Potato Salad and  Shrimp Scampi With fettuccine and Garlic Bread. Which was a product from Sea Cuisine. We decided to check out Macadamia Nut Tilapia. I love all kind of Nuts on anything I eat, as long as it’s not peanuts… but other than that give me anything with nuts.. I love it.

This is what the Fish looked like, you can purchase any of the 12 different flavors at your local grocery store, check
HERE to find a store near you.

It looked really good, and sorry we didn’t make anything fancy with it or a fancy platting, but after being up all night with a toddler I was just happy to have dinner on the table in a breeze. The Sea Cuisine came in very handy. The fish was very tasty and the crust wonderful; Once we had it in the oven per directions we added some mashed red potatoes and some veggies and called it dinner. I know you can make it into a fancy dinner for two real easy, but at this crazy mom’s house we didn’t have time for that. The fish was delicious.

The next day I had two kids down with a temperature, and even though I wanted to save the Shrimp Scampi from Sea Cuisine for a “fancier” night it came in handy to pop in the microwave add some side dish for us and the kids and dinner was served. These Scampi’s were AWESOME I loved the sauce, just perfectly seasoned and they cooked in a few minutes. Wonderful, products. All tasted very fresh and “fishy”. Loved the Sea Cuisine products, you should check them out, you can and if you are looking for some yummy Sea Food recipes, make sure to stop by The Seafood Guy, he has delicious seafood recipes and cooking tips and he features a recipe of the week. He actually just posted a wonderful recipe for the Macadamia Nut Tilapia, sure wish I had time last week to make that dish..yummy.

This was a little inside on two days worth of dinners we had last week.. see we aren’t all fancy schmancy at the Crazy Mom’s house… sometimes we need dinner quick, or we will only cook a few dishes instead of a Big meal, but it’s all good… we are getting everyone’s  belly full and that’s what counts…J

Our Meal Plan this week will be Simple again; the kids are finally back to normal, if you can call that…J and I have a lot of catching up to do. So simple it is this week.

Monday: Chicken salad wraps

Tuesday: Mushroom Marsala Creamy Pasta

Wednesday: Hamburgers & Hot Dogs

Thursday: Rouladen in the Crock Pot ( German dish..soo yummy) red Potatoes and cucumber salad

Friday: Beef tips with pasta and salad

Saturday: Oven Pork Roast, corn, Baked Potatoes

Sunday: Easter Dinner at Mimi’s House… J

What’s cooking in your kitchen this week?? Would love to hear from you and if you need some more ideas, why not check out my recipe corner.

This Meal Plan will be linked up with I’m an Organizing Junkie.

I was provided with the Sea Cuisine products listed above for our honest review, no other compensation was nor will be provided and all opinions are 100% our own.

I haven’t tried Sea Cuisine, but I do like shrimp scampi so I’ll try theirs. I usually have fish in my freezer for a quick dinner.
