I don’t care if it’s 95 degrees out, fall is here and I’m decorating and getting ready.

First up though, I’m wishing everyone a Happy Labor day, enjoy your day with your family and friends and enjoy some sun rays…. because Fall is coming Smile.

Can you tell, I’m super excited for fall and love the colors, the flavors and the smells; do you enjoy fall, too?

I will be posting lots of fall dinner ideas, snack ideas, and baking along with crafts and decorating, so stay tuned.. I’m soo excited, Fall is here!!!!

Okay, enough of excitement, let’s get cooking’; this is what we will be dishing up this week…

This time of year, I will usually incorporate pepper or tomatoes in dishes to use up the vegetables from the garden. So one night, we will have tomato salad and this evening I am preparing stuffed peppers with rice. The Bacon Avocado Grill Cheese Subs are something I may have to try next week.

I don’t eat meat, but that baked penne dish would be amazing with faux sausage or even with just the veggies! I agree with you whole-heartedly about fall being such an amazing season for cooking and baking. I can’t wait to transition into this new season! 🙂

It’s been very humid this weekend, in Vegas. Yuck. I’m just going to stay in, watch some QVC and catch up on housework.
Everything sounds so delicious. The Fall Pasta Dish looks so good.
I hope you had a wonderful Labor Day weekend.

I wish I could be this organized when it came to meal planning but when ever I try we are always missing something we need for that particular mean when its time to cook so we have to change plans and wing it anyways so that is what we do. We just wing our meals every day of the week but that burger looks so good.. (I think I need to hire someone to come and cook for me lol)

I wish I was that organized. I plan my meals the sme day or a day ahead of time. My other problem is my husband and I went from 6 kids in the house to only two rather quickly. Im still buying and making way to much food.
