We are in the midst of our back to school shopping and the only thing left on our list was underwear. My boys go to a semi-private school and have very strict rules on Uniform. We can’t buy their uniform at a regular Target or Walmart, no we have a special store that the school allows us to buy their uniforms, so not much of a choice or option to save money, but one thing we have full control over are the Tighty whities. We got to make back to school shopping a little fun and decided to combine the shopping trip with a trip to SeaWorld afterwards.
Well, do you think we need to replace our Teens Undergarments? This is what I found in their closet. Mhhhhh?
Well, this didn’t look too bad at all, until I examined one a bit closer; you have to check out the next picture. Boys!!!!! That’s all I’m gonna say!
The Teen’s decided they wanted something special this year, since both are Teen’s now they thought the good ol’ fruit of the Loom stuff wouldn’t work anymore, and they tried to talk me into the new Mario Lopez Underwear. For me, underwear is underwear, right…. but a mom’s heart melts if two teens beg and beg for a special underwear…. Oh La La…. So I gave in and found a store that carried the HOT and Brand new line of Mario Lopez Underwear called “MaLo Underwear”. Lucky for us there was a store in Orlando, close to Seaworld, so off to Target we went. ROAD TRIP… whohooooo.
As soon as we arrived at the Target, we hit the Men’s section in search of the new Mario Lopez “MaLo” Underwear Line, on our way there, the boys found some funny boxers and got a few laughs in here and there. We searched the entire undergarment section until we found a small end cap style shelf with the oh so HOT and Brand New #MaLoUnderwear. The boys jumped for joy… Can you really get excited over underwear….?? Tweens?? Really?? Well, I wasn’t going to spoil their excitement; I guess it doesn’t take much these days to get excited, so underwear it is today.
The new “MaLo” undergarments come in Briefs and Trunks as well as undershirts; in different colors and fabric choices, perfect for any Teen. After all the hype was over, even my hubby got excited about the new “Trunks” and had a puppy dog face, begging for a pair of his own. Who can say no if the “Guys” ask for Clean, Fresh, New underwear?? Not this Mom, so all three got a brand new pack of MaLo’s; they are prized at $12.99 each and there are 2 Briefs or Trunks in each pack.
We finally made it out of the “Men’s” Section and walked through the Back to School items, but my kids list is so short, that we have everything at home from last year… YEAHHH for me, leaves me more money to buy the expensive “Exclusive” uniforms my kids have to have, LOL; We grabbed a few snacks for SeaWorld and off we went.
The excitement over the new underwear lingered around in the car as you can tell… the boys for some reason where totally hyped up and couldn’t wait to get their energy out on all the fun and cool rides at SeaWorld. What a fun Family day we had and got all our Back to School Shopping done as well.
If you have a Tween or Teen, or even a Hubby that is in dire need of new “Tighty Whities”, head on over to a Target near you and check out the new Mario Lopez “MaLo” line “Half Good- Two Thirds Bad.” and see if these will get your Boys excited about Clean and Fresh underwear, too.
My Boys and even hubby loved the feel of the MaLo Underwear, it was soft and totally Comfy; the colors are fun and to everyone’s taste. They also liked that you could get the plain colors like white and black, but the different designs are a lot more fun. Funny story, after hubby put his new MaLo’s on, he pranced through the house, the boys covered their eyes and said “ohhh…cover up”! Yet, Hubby had nothing to hide; he thought it was super cool and stylish; yet, he would not allow me to take a picture. It was hilarious, you should have been there. Since the boys love their new underwear they have begged me to purchase one for every day; I see another Target trip in our future.
For more information or to see what the hype is all about, be sure to head over to Mario Lopez’s MaLo’s Facebook or Twitter page and keep up with all the new and cool things for your Teen’s and Tween’s. Also, come over and check out our Google Plus Story with lots more crazy pictures.

Ha! I tried to get my son or husband to pose with the underwear and they turned me down flat. I am glad your sons are more excited about posing. 🙂 Although, I got to admit, both of them liked the MaLo underwear.

That’s just so darn cute. I smiled all the way through your story. My boys (both pre-tween) get excited about underwear options, too, strange, go figure… wouldn’t have thought that. Hubs is the opposite, but I’ll have to get him some, because I like these! 🙂

Jazzy underwear is always so much more fun than the white ones. LOL. I think it is because you can add a little personality to them even if no one sees them.

I’m surprised that Mario Lopez underwear doesn’t have a picture of Mario Lopez posing in them.
