I’ve always suffered from very dry skin and it doesn’t matter what time of the year it is. In Germany my winter skin was worse than my summer skin and yes… there is a difference. My only get to brand was Eucerin and once I moved to the US that was the first product I bought at a local store to keep my skin hydrated and looking healthy. Now I get very dry skin with rashes due to my Lupus and again, nothing works better than my so trusted Eucerin lotions. I recently found Aquaphor and since that was from the makers of Eucerin I decided to give it a try.
Aquaphor is a heeling ointment and covers many different issues, like lip repair, baby care and many other products that will keep your skin hydrated and looking healthy. I noticed that once I have a skin flare-up due to my Lupus that most lotions will just irritate it more, the prescription medications may or may not work well, but the one lotion I keep going back to since I found it’s healing power is the Aquaphor brand. It does wonders and keeps my skin inflammation at bay. Now, it works well for me, it may not work the same for everyone; but so worth a try. It keeps my skin on my hands and feet soft and smooth and looking good.
I received a sample of the new Lip Repair and protect and I can honestly say I’m in love!!! it’s amazing. I have tried many many, many lip products and nothing was able to keep my very dry lips hydrated without reapplying it every 5 minutes. This little tube sure is a miracle and I have one in my purse, one in the car and one at the office.

Michigan winters are TOUGH on your skin! I also suffer from eczema and apply lotion faithfully after every shower! WOuld love to try this.
