During the Holidays, I introduced you to a wonderful German brand of chocolate called “Merci”. These chocolates are delicious, creamy and come in many different flavors, all in one box. Back at home in Germany, merci is a special treat for special occasions and I remember my Grandma would always bring me a box for my Birthday. I gave a lot of these boxes to my family and friends as well as some readers during Christmas and it always brought a smile to everyone face.

Now with the upcoming graduations, school end of year parties and what not, I thought it would be a great opportunity to say thank you to your children’s hard-working teachers.  Teachers are unquestionably one of the most important influences in our children’s lives and all they do to inspire, motivate and educate students should definitely be rewarded.

What better way to say Thank You then with a box of merci. I grabbed a few boxes for my Son’s teachers to say Thank You for a job well done! My Teen is now ready to move onto 8th grade at a new school with old friends.

  16. To thank my daughters teacher who had a stroke in the classroom this year. She is a fantastic teacher and my daughter has had her twice since she changed classrooms this year. I didn’t know if I was suppose to put it just in the box or comment as well so I’m doing both.
