We love to eat Seafood in our home and one of our favorite get to quick dinners are the Seafood creations from Gorton’s. They are a stable in our freezer and our dinner table. I love it, especially since we are on Weight watchers and fish is one of the top Healthy foods for us to keep on track.
We took the challenge of creating a delicious home cooked dinner with one of the flavorful Gorton’s Shrimp and made Shrimp tacos. Super simple, but YUMMY and so filling.
You Need:
1 pack of Gorton’s Shrimp in Lemon or Garlic sauce, cooked per instructions
Tortilla Shells
Tomatoes, diced
Cilantro
Onions, diced
Cheese, shredded
How to make it:
Just cook the shrimp per package instructions, heat your taco shell in the microwave for a few seconds, add the shrimp and your toppings along with the cheese… Voila.. Dinner is served!! YUMMMM
