The Calculator is Solar Powered or battery Powered; and is allowed to be used on the SAT, ACT or AP testing.
My Teen was especially excited about the larger buttons, the simple use no big instruction manual needed or spending hours to figure it out. He loved the large display area as well as all the functions that he can do; he has used this calculator in his Algebra Class and can’t imagine going to class without it. He loved that it saves and displays previous entries just like a typical graphing calculator, but doesn’t have all the whistles and bells like a Graphic Calculator. If your teacher won’t allow you to have a Graphic Calculator, this would definitely be the way to go.
This Texas Instruments TI-36X Pro Calculator would make a great Stocking Stuffer for your Teen this Christmas, or Birthday present. You can purchase your TI-36X pro or any other Texas Instrument Calculator through Amazon.com, Walmart.com or any of your local retailer that sell calculators. This particular calculator retails for about $40.00
For more information, be sure to check out Texas Instruments on the web; lot of great Student resources can be found there. Wonderful tool that will prove valuable to your Student and even Mom and Dad may learn a thing or two.
I received the Calculator for our honest review; all opinions are 100% our own; no other compensation was nor will be received.

Brings back bad memories. I was a straight ‘A’ student until I failed calculus in high school. Everything was taught on the new fancy (expensive) calculators and I had to use the dinosaur loaned by the school.
