As you can tell from the many posts we have posted over the last 3-4 weeks, we are having a blast in Germany. Unfortunately all fun needs to come to an end and our return trip to the US is just a few hours away; we are leaving soon but have many memories and thousands of pictures in our return luggage. It was an amazing time to visit friends and family, spend time with crazy people, exploring the Autobahn, the cities and villages Germany had to offer, adventure parks like LegoLand and hiking many mountains; and who can forget the food… I think we added a good 20 pounds each just from the home cooking, the BBQ’ing, the coffee breaks and the Ice Cream Desserts….

I’m leaving Germany with one smiling eye and one crying eye…. not knowing if we ever come back “home” to see everyone;  I hope you guys enjoyed our journey through Germany as much as we did… stay tuned for more posts throughout the next few days, I just couldn’t squeeze them all into before we left; internet access isn’t a given in Germany; public access is almost none existent and private access through friends and family isn’t always easy…..

So, hang tight and enjoy the rest of our trip over the next few days, while we head back home to Florida and get back to “Reality”….. until we meet again…….

P.s I know you are wondering what had happened to our travel buddy… well…. he never left Florida… he’s patiently waiting in our car at the airport….:0(….. sorry guys… hope you still enjoyed the trip…
