Hope you guys had a great weekend… I sure needed to recoup from a lot of stress last week. Between the new puppy the kids in camps and my office job things got really busy. We did have a great weekend… next weekend we will start our back to school shopping, hard to believe we are almost back to school Have you started yet?
Our Meal Plan this week will be simple again, I’m super busy with Dr. appointments, Dentist appointments and even a vet checkup for Woodstock. A few extra hours in the day sure would be nice.
BTW… have you meet Woodstock yet??? Check out my new fur baby.. isn’t he cute… to think that someone gave him to a kill shelter is hard to believe…. Thank god we found him and he is now home with us….
Okay, enough cuteness…. let’s see what we are dishing up to eat this week….

Monday: Baked Chicken with wild rice and Mango & Peach Salsa
Tuesday: Shrimp Taco with Mango Salsa
Wednesday: Pulled Pork BBQ & Peach sandwiches
Thursday: Sugar-Crusted Salmon with Avocado Peach Salsa
Friday: Pancakes with Peach Compote
Saturday: Grilled Steak with Loaded potatoes and grilled Peaches
Sunday: Mom’s night off… dinner at Mimi’s House
Well.. did you see our Theme this week… ?? I bought like 15 pounds of sweet and delicious Georgia Peaches super cheap; they are all ready to be eaten and this week I added them to ALL our dinner creations…. Let’s hope we won’t get peached out. I love peaches and can’t wait to have them for dinner all week. Do you add fruit to dinner?

i’m laughing. i love your meal plans, but i can’t do anything from this !! i’m allergic to peaches and my oldest is too. i bet it’s all delightful…we just can’t eat it LOL

You know I have rescued several of our pets from the kill shelter so I am thrilled Woodstock has a good home. I would come eat stuff with peaches in it with you! 🙂

It’s sooo yummy to include peaches or mango’s and even other fruit in your dinner… gives it a fresh summer like taste … perfect for a HOT summer day.. give it a try.. you will love it…. and the Shrimp Tacos turned out delicious (yes we switched the plan around..lol.. we are flexible…hahah)

Woodstock is adorable! I love peaches and your meal plan sounds delicious. Tonight I made burgers and oven fries, tomorrow is our favorite burrito casserole, Wednesday is breakfast for dinner, Thursday is homemade pizzas and Friday is chicken spaghetti. I haven’t thought much about the weekend yet but I think we’ll go out on Sunday since it’s my birthday 🙂
