What a beautiful weekend we had in Central Florida, just a picture perfect Spring weekend, mid 80’s and sunshine galore. That all should could come to an end according to the news channels… we are getting SNOW!!! At least what they are telling us. I can’t really figure out how we will get snow in Central Florida, at least looking at the Weather Cannels Forecast. There is 0% chance of rain and it will not get below 40’s at night ….?? Mh, we have to wait and see. We sure would love to have some flurries, of course we won’t get the 15-20 inches that folks up north got, we probably won’t even get half an inch, but it sure would be fun to show the kids some snow. Remember, kids in Florida never seen snow; so this would be a fun event.
We usually get frost on the ground quit a bit during the winter month, but of course that goes away quickly. So that in mind we will make our meal plan accordingly, just in case we do get a “SNOW” day and will spend all our time outside…lol…
If we do get snow… be sure to follow on my Facebook page, you will be the first to hear our scream!!!
This is what we are eating this week while we prepare for the “big” snow storm in Central Florida to arrive …. and well.. if it turns out to be another sunny week… we still can eat the same things…

Snow in Florida? Wow! That will be something! I remember when we got a day of snow in Georgia when we lived there and the Atlanta area shut down. Thanks for the dinner suggestions!
