
We love a simple and quick Breakfast, Sunday is the day we all eat together and have fun…we had Banana French Toast today and it was soo yummy. I had some very ripe bananas and wanted to do something different… Here is the recipe…. Once the Banana French Toast is done top it with some remaining Bananas if you have any left… was sooo yummy
This is what you need:
1 large ripe banana
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 bread slices
1 1/2 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup maple syrup – warmed
This is how to make it:
Blend first 4 ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to a 9×13″ pan. Place bread in milk mixture and soak until all liquid is absorbed, turning bread occasionally, about 20 minutes. Melt butter in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add bread and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side, top with Bananas and Syrup and Ohhhh enjoy….
