With a Tween and Teen both in sports and all of us constantly on the go we always buy a bunch of water bottles. It kind of gets expensive buying 3-4 cases of water a week; there has to be something more cost effective that will be easy for the kids to take to school and for me to keep in the car or my purse.
I found a product called Sip ‘N Go. Let me tell you what the product is and then I will tell you what we thought.
Sip N’ Go is a foldable reusable water bottle that folds neat and small enough to fit in your pocket. It’s lightweight, easy to drink from, freezable and features a comfortable carrying ring. Unlike most plastic bottles, Sip N’ Go is free from harmful chemicals like BPA. Made of extra strong FDA approved material. Sip N’ Go is top rack dishwasher safe, so it’s hygienic and easy to clean. It’s flexible, lightweight and ships flat which makes the Sip N’ Go the greenest water bottle on the planet.
How can this possibly work? How will the water bottle stand or will it leak? Was one of the first few questions I had when I saw the website. Sip ‘N Go Graciously offered my Tween and Teen to check their product out and see if it would hold up to our high standard and always on the go family needs.
My Tween was super excited when it arrived, I took it out of the packaging and handed it to the Tween, not showing him what it was or how it would work. The bottle was rolled up and he thought I had asked him to toss it š Well.. after a short explanation he took a closer look and filled it with water. It was so easy to fill and soon as it got full enough, the bottom opened up just like a fruit pouch or anything else that comes in a pouch, making it easy to stand steady on a counter, table or anything else. The top is a screw cap, with a pull up top to drink, just like your sports bottles.
The bottle was completely leak proof and will hold 500ml of water; the coolest part was that you can fill it, freeze it and when you are done drinking it, it will fold so small that you can keep it in your pocket without any extra weight. It is so cool; this is one of the BEST bottles I’ve come across, I’ve send the kids with plastic bottles, metal containers and Sippy cups and this is by far a keeper. Sip N’ go is also dishwasher safe and it comes with a hook that can easily attach to your belt loop, back bag, lunchbox or anything else, keeping it out of your way and your hands free for other things.
My Tween and Teen both took their bottles to school and both raved about them, when they came back. Refilling was super easy if they wanted to and if not it was easily folded and put in their back bag. It is so cool; If your Tween or Teen is in any kind of sport, this bottle is a MUST. You will save a ton of money not buying water bottles every week and your back will thank you for not lugging around all those cases of water, I know my back is.![]()
This bottle is also great for my Toddler to bring water to the park or on long car rides; We keep one in the car in case we forget our water at home or are in a hurry, we can always refill it somewhere quickly.
This Sip Nā Go can be purchased through their website and retails for about $7.99 a bottle; which isn’t a bad deal at all. Very comparable to a lot of other water bottles. Oh One more thing, there is a spot on the bottle where you can write your child’s name so you will never mix it up or find it if you would loose it. AWESOME product. Can you tell how excited we are!!!!
Defiantly check it out through their website or grab one or maybe even two bottles HERE; they come in Pink and Blue.
I was provided with the product for my honest review and all opinions are 100% our own, no other compensation was nor will be received.

While this is a good idea, it’s honestly kind of ugly. I wouldn’t carry that around.

Do you have any ideas on how to effectively dry the inside of these Sip N Go bottles? I have tried to air-dry it and 3 days later there is still water inside. Thanks for any suggestions! š

Mhhhh we never have ours empty, but let me think about that and get back to you…. maybe sit them upside down on like a rack, like you do with baby bottles to dry it?
Tams Vance says
Haha, on the never empty! I do turn it upside down and place on the dish drainer. It just seems to take the weekend to dry and be ready for the next school week… will keep posted on suggestions
