It’s Monday again, I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend; we had a blast with my friend and her family in Alabama. We are now on the way back home 
to Florida. I sure hope we can repeat this weekend very soon; maybe with a Girls ONLY weekend 
. For now we are back on the road with all our wonderful memories….. miss you guys already ….
Lots of sun fun and water for us and now back to reality, back to work tomorrow and the kids have a few more weeks of school and then School will be out for the summer… time sure has been flying…

Monday: On our way home, eating at Mimi’s or on the road
Tuesday: Chicken and Mushroom with rice and salad
Wednesday: Stuffed Pork chops with mashed potato’s
Thursday: Smothered Steak with Pasta & salad ( Crockpot meal)
Friday: German Schnitzel sandwiches and Potato Salad
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
Sunday: Mom’s night Off… dinner at Mimi’s house
I’m super excited about this week… everything looks easy and should be something for everyone to eat….what will you dish up this week??

hahah… 🙂 Schnitzel sandwich is soo yummy… I love them and I just recently discovered through the Monday Menu Plan that not a lot of people have ever heard of this :-)….and yet it’s nothing different than a Chicken Sandwich just with pork :-)….

Yup we did, the recipe is part of the Pizza recipe.. sooo yummy 🙂 we all loved it
