We had Verizon for a very long time in our area; I’ve been a Verizon costumer on and off for 12 years now; we switched a few times to other companies but always ended up back to Verizon. Sure, we’ve had our ups and downs with Verizon and their costumer support or troubleshoot, but they’ve always worked with us and got the issues resolved. So, no heart feelings and so far so good;
We’ve always had the lowest and cheapest internet service available and even the lowest phone service; about a year maybe two now, time sure flies when you are having fun, we had a very nice guy come to our door; of course, he was a salesman and I knew it, but he had a great offer for us to upgrade our regular Verizon Service to Verizon FiOS and he made us an offer that was too good to resist.
Now two years later, we are still in love with our Verizon FiOS Service, we haven’t had any issues and are extremely satisfied with the products they provide.
I love the High Speed Internet Service that Verizon FiOS offers as part of their bundled package ( I think it’s available as a standalone, but so much cheaper in a bundle). We have not had any internet outage since we started with Verizon FiOS at all, the signal has always been strong whether it is the Desktop PC or any of our 3 wireless PC, iPad or Laptops; not a problem at all. We can stay connected without all the extra wires, thanks to the Verizon FiOS High Speed.
We also have our phone service through Verizon FiOS, the thing I love the most is, we have a backup battery; in case the power goes out we have plenty of backup battery to keep us going during a storm or whatever the case may be. We always have peace of mind, unless other phone companies, without a backup you may be left without a phone. Our phone is very reliable and that is very important to us.
Besides the phone service and the High Speed Internet we also use the Verizon FiOS TV; the best thing ever is that we can watch a movie in any room with a TV in the house, we can stop it pick it up anywhere we want and we can also DVR the shows that we love the most. A DVR nowadays is a MUST and every family should have one. I also really like the FiOS Flex TV.
With FiOS Flex TV you can watch what you want, when you want it. This is TV on your terms not on the Television Stations Terms; we all have a busy life, let them work around your schedule and this is exactly what FiOS Flex TV will do for you.
Another thing I really really love about Verizon FiOS TV is, they offer International channels ( an extra Fee will be charged); I get my German TV channel from home and I can keep up with all the new shows and happenings in my Florida living direct from Germany. That’s AWESOME.
Overall, we are super happy with Verizon FiOS. I hope you will check out Verizon FiOS the next time you are in the market for a TV, Internet and Phone service provider, you can save a buck or two and still keep the high quality service that you want and then some.
