Monday Meal Plan June 20

Happy Monday Everyone.. I’m back in town. By now you probly heard that I was in Minneapolis, MN for the Box Top University 2011. I have a bunch of posts coming up the next few days, so be sure to come back and check in. It was an amazing trip and I’m super excited to tell you guys all about it and of course about the Box Top Program.

How was your weekend? It sure is HOT down here in central Florida, we have a few days before we are heading off to Miami to get our Passports at the German Consulate. Can you believe it, we have to travel all the way to Miami to get my passport… The kids are excited, we will have a stop at their grandma and ants and uncles house, it sure will be fun and another step closer to our trip home to Germany in June 2012.

I’m super excited, this week I will only have a 2 day work week at the office and then I will be home with the little ones spending some quality time for 7 days… no work just fun… I’m super excited. Not sure what we will do besides going to Miami, maybe spend some time at the beach or head out to SeaWorld, who knows… I’m sure we will find something fun to do this week.

So dinners will be pretty simple but special, since I’m actually the one cooking, usually hubby cook… I’m super excited…. check out what we will have for supper this week.

Monday:  Brats, Sauerkraut and Mashed potatoes with Onions

Tuesday: Hamburger Helper spiced up, mixed up and made it our own

Wednesday: Zucchini Parmesan and Salad with rolls

Thursday: Simmered Curried Chicken – Crockpot Meal

Friday: Pesto pepper tortellini

Saturday: Chicken fajita Melts

Sunday: The kitchen will be closed today we are on our way to Miami

Yummy.. super excited for this week. I finally have time to spoil my family with some yummy, but simple recipes. What’s cooking in your kitchen?
