What did we think?
Honestly, it’s no secret in our home that we LOVE Finish in our entire stockpile of Dishwashing detergent consists of Finish. I can honestly say that between the very reasonable price and the wonderful cleaning power, we are not disappointed. We have tested many dishwashing detergents and always ended up back with Finish. The Finish Team works hard to bring the best cleaning solution and they revamp their product on a regular basis. Finish isn’t the #1 recommended Brand amongst the leading Dishwasher manufacture like Whirlpool, Maytag, Bosch and KitchenAid, just to name a few, for no reason. We have a very sentimental dishwasher and with the help of the Finish product we are able to keep our dishwasher going and keep our dishes clean. We have no film residue, no leftover soap in the dispenser, all we have is sparkling clean dishes.
I do have to let you know, if you have a lot of plastic dishes in the dishwasher, they will not dry and probly have water resting on them, that’s not because of the detergent used, it’s because water isn’t drying on plastic like it is on glass or porcelain. So, this is not a detergent or dishwasher problem, it’s on every machine I’ve ever had and trust me, I had plenty in the last 15 years. I ‘m just mentioning this as a little FYI, because a co-worker complaint the other day that none of her Tupperware gets dry and she is thinking about switching dish soap or buying a brand new machine all together… neither would solve the issue, the only way we get around this in our home is to open the door as soon as the dishwasher is done, clear the water off the plastic and let it air dry, but there is also a new product on the market called Turbo Dry, we’ve used it a few times, it’s Finish Jet Dry and it has Superior Drying – even on plastic, we’ve seen some difference compared to not using the Jet Dry and another Drying Agent that is on the market.
