Monday Meal Plan

Happy Labor Day! Hope you guys had a wonderful weekend so far. I had a 3 day weekend and enjoyed lots of time with my family. It was well needed and well deserved family time.

We also had a crazy weekend, between the Teen turning 16, a family reunion and preparing for the Birthday Bash that is going on on the Blog… we sure were crazy busy…But wouldn’t want it any other way. What did you do this long weekend?

Let’s make this week short and sweet, here is what we will be dishing up this week.

Monday:       Spaghetti and Meatballs, Garlic Bread & Salad

Tuesday:      Clam Chowder & Fresh Bread

Wednesday: Foil Wrapped Salmon with Potato Salad

Thursday:     Apple Spice Ribs with Mac N Cheese and Salad (Crockpot)

Friday:           Stuffed Bell Peppers & Rice & salad

Saturday:      Roasted Venison for Hubby and Pizza for me and the kids :0)

Sunday:          Mom’s night off – Dinner at Mimi’s :0)

I can’t wait for Tuesday, I never had Clam Chowder, homemade. I hope it turns out yummy. If you have a great and easy recipe to share, I’d gladly take it :0).
