Headchefs Pizza Party {Review & Giveaway}

September 30, 2011 By Melanie Roberts 13 Comments

We love to cook with the kids and even the Toddler gets all excited if she gets to measure the sugar or flour. I came across a company the other day called Headchefs. Have you heard of them? OMG.. they are too cute and not only for kids.

Their newest product is the Pizza Pizza Crew. Anything you need to have your little ones create their very own Pizza from the Pan to the Ladle and even the Pizza Wheel, all are in kid sizes perfect for the little hands. Each looks like a little person with feet and arms and they have suction cups on their feet so they will stand tall on your kitchen counter; trust me, these little guys aren’t meant for the drawer, they want to stand on the counter all day long.

Some info about Headchefs:
Headchefs® are “Cool Tools” for kids and parents. Headchefs lines of utensils are designed to make kitchen time fun for chefs of all ages. Healthy eating habits develop early, by providing your youngsters with Headchefs kids products, suggested cooking tips and recipes you can help to start them off on a lifelong love of cooking healthy, nutritious and fun dishes.

How did we like it?
We received the brand new
Cooking Adventures Cookbook: The Peace of Pizza, the new Pizza Wheel and the Pizza Pan;

We loved the book; not only does it tell you the story about how the Headchefs got called into action to prevent a worldwide Pizza War; they also travel the globe and report back with wonderful recipes; this book is so much fun; first read the story about the Headchefs traveling and learning about Pizza in different countries and then prepare one of the 8 yummy Pizza recipes from all over the world and decide for yourself which country has the best pizza… is it Italy? Australia or maybe Mexico? Who knows, you need to test them for yourself. This book retails for $14.99

The Pizza pan is cute and durable; at 8 inches just the perfect size for juniors own pizza; I loved the size for my Toddler or even the Tween. I would highly recommend you get at least two of these small pans so you can create two pizzas at one time and no one has to wait. I wish they would offer a large family size as well.. maybe in the future. The 8 inch pizza pan has rubber handles and rubber all on the outside of the metal pan to keep your little ones fingers safe and it won’t slip out of their hands; clever invention and looks so stylish.  The Headchefs Pizza Pan retails for $9.99

The Headchefs Pizza cutter… is such a  cute little fellow… he is friendly and will be ready when he is called to duty; his arms and legs can be moved and bend in any which way direction and he still won’t complain; his feet have suction cups so he can stand on your counter mighty tall; yet he is only about 8 inches tall; yet he thinks he is ALL that; His actual name is Rocco; and he  is a reality TV star, but he really wants to become a serious actor. A member of the elite Pizza Posse, Rocco loves to ham (and pineapple) it up. When he’s not working on his theatre in the round, he’s usually watching TV and movies to hone his craft. His favorite actor is John Travolta whose career he’s been following since Welcome Back Cutter. You just have to love him; I now we are hooked on him and can’t wait to collect the entire crew of 23 Utensils…

As you can see, we had a blast with the Headchefs and are totally in love with the Book and the Silicone Utensils that are shaped like little people and trust me, they all have their own name and attitude and story to tell. How cute is that?

The Utensils are high quality and perfect for little hands 3 and up. For more information be sure to visit the Headchefs on the web or keep up with them on Facebook or Twitter.

    My favorite headchefs character is Geno the Icing Spreader. Who would think an icing spreader would be a tough guy? LOL
    Thanks for the giveaway!

    I would choose the Pizza Wheel because I am desperately in need of one. Cutting pizza with a knife just doesn’t work well.

    The grater for my cheese loving daugher. She could shred her own. Though is that a good or bad thing? Too much of a good thing…
