My little Punki a/k/a “The Toddler” loves going to Pre-K, spending time with her friends is so much fun and important to her, but when she gets home, well actually before we even get home she keeps asking for “What’s for snack”?
Most days we just run around the house looking for something we can toss on the plate and keep her happy, today, I was prepared, I had it all lined up; a box of the Tyson Mini Chicken sandwiches, some fruit and her milk; all nicely arranged on her very own plate.
The sandwiches took less than 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave and while they “cooked” I cut up the apple and filled a glass of milk; My Punki a/k/a “The Toddler” didn’t even take off her shoes and jacket and I had her snack ready; it was that simple.
Doesn’t that look like a yummy snack that would be a lot of fun after school? It will take mom less than 5 minutes to throw together and I bet you will get a lot of compliments. My Punki a/k/a “The Toddler” kept saying ”I can’t believe, you made this plate just for me”… “Mom, this is so special, this is just for me” were a few of the things my little one kept saying over and over and over;
She was so excited not only did I have snack ready for her but I made it JUST for her and arranged it on HER plate, especially for her; I think that made the biggest impact with my little one. Within no time she ate the entire plate and was off to play….
We are in love with the quick and easy Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches and always keep a box or two on hand for a quick afterschool snack or after sports snack; they even make for a quick dinner if you are in a bine.

I went out and bought us some too. My grandson took them in his lunch a couple days, I heated first and wrapped in foil and my daughter also took to work with her. I bought both plain and with cheese…they love the cheese so I added cheese to the plain ones. I didn’t read until now so I threw out my receipt….ugghh and now I see the rebate form. Might need to go get me more.
