Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

I’m so ready for Fall and the smell fall brings; pumpkin pie is one of our favorite, but I’m not patient enough to make my own pie; it is a lot of pie to make an we never eat all of it. BUT.. the smell… AHHHHH…! I knew there had to be a simpler way to get the amazing pumpkin pie flavor into something that would take less then 15 minutes to make and would be loved by the entire family and still gives me that pumpkin pie smell throughout the house.

This is what I came up with ….SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES

Let me tell you, the smell and how fast it was… OHHH and the last thing after they were done I heard in the kitchen “Oh Crap…. “ … I holler “What did you do to my oldest Teen”…. his response was “ I have to eat a few more…. they are addictive”…. So go ahead make a few batches and see for yourself; they are really simple and soooo GOOD!

This is what you need for the Pumpkin CroissantsSimple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

  • 1 can of Pumpkin pure
  • 4 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 rolls of Crescent Rolls
  • Sugar
  • Pumpkin Spice (if you like, I was out …)
  • Cinnamon

This is how to make the Pumpkin Croissants Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

Mix all your ingredients besides the crescent rolls; I used my Kitchen Aid but you can use your hand mixer or even a spoon to mix it all up. Preheat oven to 350F.

Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

Unroll each crescent roll and either leave them the way they are or cut them in half to make mini Pumpkin Croissants and add a BIG spoon of the filling to the larger end. Roll up each Crescent roll like you are forming a croissant.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll each Croissant in the mixture; now they are ready to go on the baking sheet. Repeat with each Croissant till you are done.

Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

Put the Croissants into the oven at 350F, took about 15 minutes in my convection oven, regular I would put them in 20-25 minutes; just keep an eye on them the first time. They smell soooo good.

Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

This is how they looked coming out of the oven… YUMMM.. the filling was oozing out, which was perfect, but thickened quickly after I pulled them out of the oven.

Simple Pumpkin Croissants #Recipe

I told you they are SIMPLE.. perfect for breakfast, dessert or coffee snack. Takes no time at all and very budget friendly as well. Now go ahead, bring some fall into your home and enjoy with a nice hot cup of coffee or cocoa……

Happy Fall Ya ’all
