#Pumpkin Monkey Bread Pudding #Recipe

You already know that fall is my favorite time of the year, so my family gets spoiled with lots of yummy Pumpkin dishes even for breakfast on our Sunday family day. This week we dished up a super simple Pumpkin Monkey Bread Pudding that everyone loved and you can add in many different ingredients like nuts, fruits and many other things; but so simple and budget friendly and will really feed an army!

This is what you need for the

#Pumpkin Monkey Bread Pudding #Recipe

  • 1 can Pumpkin Pure
  • 1 package Vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cans of biscuits
  • Cinnamon – To Taste
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice – To Taste

This is how to make the Pumpkin Monkey Bread Pudding

#Pumpkin Monkey Bread Pudding #Recipe

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl; you can use a mixer or mix it by hand; I added the pudding powder last, but no particular reason why. Just mix it all up; set aside for a few minutes. Preheat the oven at 350F.

Quarter all the biscuits; super simple, even the kids can help you do it and toss them into a casserole dish, make sure to grease or spray the dish first.

Once all your biscuits are cut, add the pumpkin mixture over it and just spread out.

Bake in the oven at 350F for about 35 minutes in a convection oven or about 45 min in a regular oven. They will get all bubbly and smell sooooo like Pumpkin Pie….

That’s it.. so simple, you can add different fruit, nuts and cinnamon sugar if you like; it’s so easy to make it your own, switch it up and ad things your family likes. We really enjoyed the Pumpkin Monkey Bread with whip cream and fruit. YUMMM… will be on our regular Sunday Breakfast list, that’s for sure. Takes no time at all but will feed even the hungriest Teenagers in the house and then some.

Happy Fall Ya ’all…..
