I’d like to thank Big G for sponsoring today’s post, but my love for comic books and cereal is all my own!
Mornings are always hectic in our home and each kid will grab a bowl of cereal before they head out. It’s easy, it’s simple, it’s delicious and I feel good about letting them leave the house with a full tummy in time for school. What more do I want?
As most kids nowadays, cereal is a favorite meal whether it be for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. My kids love it and each has their very own favorite. General Mills has done it again and included in many of your favorite breakfast cereals, a Free Comic Book with your favorite Superhero, be sure to collect all 4.
My Princess loves to read and she loves to be Wonder Women; she pretends almost every day that she will save the world. I guess we all can Thank my older son’s, they grew up with Batman, Supermen and all the other fun Superheroes and still to this day watch every show, movie or episode they can get their hands on. Do your kids watch Superheroes?
I love when she is in her dream world of saving the entire Barbie Family or all the dogs in the world, but in the end, I’m the one that smiles, knowing that I dished up a delicious healthy breakfast that will keep her energy going while keeping this world safe!
Until the end of April 2014, fans can find four collectible comics in specially marked Big G Cereals including Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Honey Nut Cheerios, Trix, Cookie Crisp and Reese’s Puffs.
Each box includes a free comic featuring the DC Comics Justice League favorites like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman and Cyborg. These cereals can be found at all grocery stores across the nation … and if you are a Target lover, there is a bonus fifth issue exclusively at Target in the Cheerios !!
In addition to these wonderful comics, each box will also feature a fun cut out mask so the kids (or grown up kids) in your life can let their inner superhero shine! General Mills sure knows how to make Breakfast fun and in a #SuperHeroing way.

I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch! We don’t buy cereal all the time, but it’s one of the few brands that I buy when we do. I love when there’s a fun bonus like that!
