My kids love a snack when they come home from school and since my kids will be heading back to school in a few days, I decided to make a quick and easy snack that they will love.
Kids love Pudding and with 3 kids one package won’t last very long in my home, so I decided to come up with a simple way to make the JELL-O Pudding go further and make single serve portions for the kids so they can grab one on the go, even if I’m not home to give them a yummy snack.
As you know I never leave the house without my coupons and I was super excited when I found a new printable coupon for $1.00 off when you buy ONE (1) tub of COOL WHIP Topping (any size) and TWO (2) boxes of JELL-O Pudding Mix. That’s exactly what sparked my idea for a yummy recipe and I picked up all the items needed during my weekly trip to Walmart.
That’s how the Pudding & Strawberry Popsicle Idea was born and I just had to share this simple snack recipe with you guys. I bet your kids would love this sweet surprise after their first day back to school. It is really simple to make, too. Trust me… I will not tell anyone if you want to say that you slaved for hours over this yummy recipe creation, it is delicious! We can keep this our little secret. The best part, it’s portioned for a single serving so your kids can enjoy their snack and mom knows they won’t eat the entire package in one sitting.
I told you it would be simple, didn’t I? Now you have a yummy recipe that you can dish up anytime your little ones want a special treat. The popsicles turned out very creamy with the Cool Whip and the JELL-O Pudding mixture, then fruity with the Strawberries. So yummy when you #AddCoolWhip.
These Pudding and Strawberry Popsicles will be a hit and everyone will enjoy them, so be sure to grab a few extra packages of JELL-O Pudding and Cool Whip on your next shopping trip along with some Strawberries, or different fruit that your kids would like and make a bunch of these popsicles ahead of time. You can keep them in the freezer for that afternoon snack. I bet they would be great with pureed blueberries, peaches or even cherries. I’m already dreaming up another batch of these creamy Popsicles, I better get busy and grab the coupon while it lasts so I can save a buck or two on the things we love.
Which Pudding and fruit combination would you like to try?

I found mine at Michaels, used a coupon 🙂 but I’ve seen them ay Walmart in the Cake decorating section and Amazon as well. I only bought a pack of 6 that’s plenty since they can be washed and re-used
