Its Summer time, its fun time and it’s going to be blast! I can’t believe we are talking about summer already. Where has time gone? Didn’t we just talk about Thanksgiving? With summer so close to our door step I started to think about fun summertime recipes that are easy, require little to no cooking and everyone will enjoy.
Who wants to spend all day in the kitchen, get hot and slave over dinner when others play outside in the pool or hang out at the beach? I know, not this mama and neither will you.

I picked up a few simple ingredients the other day at Walmart like the Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes, a Mrs. Wages salsa mix and a bunch of fresh fruit and vegetables that are currently in season here in Florida.
How does a simple Tomato, Mango & Pineapple Salsa sound? My entire family loved it and it’s not just a salsa for dipping, you can easily add it to your Tacos, Taco Salad or just add it to a wrap with some chicken and call it lunch. It’s very adaptable but sooo delicious.

Now, didn’t I tell you this was easy and delicious? Didn’t believe me did you? I think the trick to a delicious super easy salsa was the Mrs. Wages salsa mix along with the Hunt’s diced Tomatoes. It turned out perfect with just the right touch of seasoning and then the fresh veggies and fruit just brought it over the top. YUMM!

Talking about Hunt’s tomatoes, don’t forget to print this Hunt’s coupon to use on your next Walmart shopping trip; when you buy 3 get 1 free”! How awesome is that? We all know that a coupon is always a must for me when I shop.
