Raise your hand and tell me if your kids are already on Spring Break. Me… Me… Me… we are this week and as hard as it is to believe I had to face the fact that the year is zooming by yet again and I had to come up with ways to keep the kids entertained while out of school.
Thankfully for me we are part of the Netflix #StreamTeam and get all the scoop on what’s hot and what’s not and all the cool stuff the kids could be watching or Mom and Dad could enjoy as well. So for today I decided to share a few of the shows that are HOT and new on Netflix so maybe that makes your Spring Break week easier to keep the kids entertained. Especially if you are planning a stay-cation.

These are the shows on our nightly Family must watch list and the kids are super excited, even made a schedule as to when they want to watch each show. I told the kids to each pick 3 shows and Mom and dad would pick for the last night, always makes it fun and keeps the kids involved in the decision.
So without further ado, here is the list that the kids picked of the MUST see shows and movies to make this Spring Break a success.

The biggest chatter in our home was about the LEGO Bionicle and LEGO Friends this year, they premiered two new shows and the kids can’t wait to pull out all their building sets while watching the shows for some extra fun, I know it will be a hoot to see who builds the biggest, the best and the craziest. We have a small competition planned, friendly of course.
Next on our lists LEGO DC Comics: Batman Be-Leagured, LEGO: City and to keep it all around legos my daughter picked LEGO: Elves. I know it will be fun. We love LEGO in our home so to watch along while playing and be creative sure will be a treat.
But there are a few other shows as well, Veggie Tales: In The House is on my daughter’s list and my husband and I can’t wait to binge watch Comedy Bang! Bang! and finish out the Spring Break weekend with Pee-wee’s Big Holiday.
Now you know what our plans are for this year’s Spring Break, hopefully the weather will be nice enough to go swimming and enjoying some outdoor time, too. What plans do you have for your family this Spring Break? Will you be hanging out at home? Taking a trip or maybe Camp? Would love to hear all about it, leave me a comment below.
