Here we are week #2 of the New Year, 1/2 way through January already, time sure is zipping by… don’t blink or may miss it… that’s sure how it feels to me. This one week meal Plan thing just isn’t working for me, I need to get back on track to making my 4 week Meal Planner.
I’m stressing myself out every Sunday night and then I freak and just can’t remember what to cook; Once a month planning is so much easier on me. I will try to start next week again.
Things are getting crazy around the crazy mom’s house.. how about you? Have you slowed down yet…?? I guess it’s true when they say the older you get the faster time goes by.. mhhh well I better hurry and tell you what our plan is this week, or the week will be over… so don’t blink 🙂
HAPPY MONDAY
Monday: Pork chops sandwiches with Salad
Tuesday: Bratwurst and Mashed potatoes
Wednesday: BLT Sandwiches and Salad
Thursday: Creamy Cheesy Potatoes & Panco Breaded Chicken
Friday: Spaghetti, garlic Bread & salad
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner
Sunday: Mom’s day off, eating at Mimi’s house
