Brunch Sunday ….. Strawberry Delight

Since I’m soo in love with Strawberries, I’ll share some great recipes the next few weeks with the wonderful taste of Strawberries… kind of brings the spring mood and let’s us get away from the winter blues…..

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
  • 4 cups strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

Directions

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter in 13×9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate 15 min.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread onto crust; top with strawberries. Pour 3-1/2 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 min. Pour over strawberries.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Spread with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator

    This looks really good. I wonder it you could use other fruits like blackberries or peaches.
