Okay, this German gal loves her butter and her breakfast rolls… I could live without meat or anything give me a Kaiser roll and some butter I’m in heaven, could eat that all day long… That’s just how I was raised and it’s stuck with me I guess.. If you asked me to choose between a Kaiser roll with butter and a Lobster … yup little ol’ me would take the Kaiser Roll…. I’m just simple and love the simple foods… It’s all what you are used to, I guess….
Well I found a great recipe where I can combine my love of butter and Strawberries and eat it all on my beloved Kaiser roll…. Strawberry Butter…. doesn’t that sound yummy… and it’s soo simple…. I’m all for simple, but this is a treat in my house….
You Need:
This is how you make it:
In a small bowl, beat together the butter, confectioners’ sugar and strawberry preserves until creamy. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
