It’s Sunday…. You know what that means.. yup I’ll show off my Grocery trip of the week… I had a great week at Publix this week. It was a big dog treat stock up week and all the treats from this week will last us at least the next 6 month if not more… so now my pups are happy again for a while J.. Best part, Publix paid me $4 to take 8 Boxes of dog biscuits home !!!! You just got to love coupons…. We also stayed under budget…whohooo soo excited.. My Weekly budget is $50 for all 5 of us and the two dogs. This week we spend $44.33 and we saved $144.53, we got almost $200 worth of groceries for under $50…. Not a bad deal… Now remember, what we buy is stock up items at rock bottom price. My trips may look wired to you at first, but if you followed me for a while you will see that we buy regular grocery items and we cook regular normal stuff with everything we buy. We stock up and then eat out of the pantry, so we may not have a lot of “food” in a certain week, but other things were cheaper like dog snacks this week.. we still eat good and lots because prior weeks we had great grocery stock up weeks…. Hope that makes sense….
Here is what we got this week:
8 Boxes Dog Biscuit
11 Bags Birds Eye Frozen Veggies
6 Athenos Greek Yogurt ( Go HERE or HERE and print the coupon and you can get them FREE )
6 Alka-Seltzer cold and Flu packs
8 Marie Callanders Fresh Pack Lunch meals
8 bags of Dentastix for the Dogs
5 Mentos ( if you have Sundays papers, use last Sundays coupon for $.50/1 in the SS and you get each FREE)
8 Slow Cooker liner boxes
4 packs Fiber One Yogurt
2 Philadelphia Cooking Cream tubs( coupon HERE made them $1.50 each, not the best but I wanted to try them)
Bananas
I think I’ve got it all.. we spend $44.33 ( that includes $3.85Tax) and saved $144.53.. my total before coupons was over $120.xx… Coupons DO save money!!!!
