Since this month is Earth Month and something super cool had happened in the sky over Florida today, I just had to share this. I had never seen this before and even if you have, this was a sight to see. That tells you, our Earth is AMAZING and we need to take care of it as much as we can.
This picture was taken in Central Florida by myself, I did not alter it, change color or enhance it any way, the way my iPhone took it is how you see it around lunch time… AWESOME isn’t it?
I just had to share this amazing few of the sun from earth; meteorologist are saying the halo around the sun was formed by ice crystals, the exact words were “ Ice crystals bend direct sunlight, projecting it elsewhere into the sky, and at a certain angle – specifically 22 degrees – a halo can be seen around the sun”. Just stunning and beautiful, amazing (YES.. I said it a gazillion of times already) is all you can say and this is why we need to keep our planet clean.
Many more of our generations can experience a beauty like this, out of the blue, totally unexpected, but put a smile on everyone’s face. BTW- the little white dot you see in the picture appears to be Mars (what I’ve read online and hear people say)…SOOOO cool, isn’t it?

I admit that I have not recycled as much as I could. I have spent a couple minutes on their site, but have marked it to return to. I have recently become aware of the awful amount of plastics and other trash litter our oceans. I don’t want to be a part of that.

What a cool photo! To be honest, we don’t really recycle much, at least through recycling bins. I do try and reuse things when I can, like the same wipes box, and just adding refill packs, etc.
