Create a #Simple Waffle Breakfast in no time #Yummy

May 8, 2013 By Melanie Roberts 17 Comments

My kids love when I make a special Breakfast on Sunday’s. Usually that’s the only day of the week where we have a nice sit-down breakfast and I make special treats.

I wanted something quick, but different and decided to make Waffles. I had no time to whip up a batch of waffle batter, I know, it’s simple, but I just had no time and really didn’t want to mess with it. I had a can of Orange rolls in the fridge and guess what… Yup.. turned them into Waffles in like 3 minutes flat. Super easy and the kids LOVED it!!

This is what you need for the Breakfast Waffles

I told you it will be simple… pull our your waffle maker and a can of your favorite Orange or Cinnamon rolls and let the Breakfast party get started….

I pre-heated my waffle maker on medium, added a little bit of butter to the waffle maker and then added my first Orange roll, I only put two in at a time, pressed the lid down and waited about 2-3 minutes… Voila… Enjoy your Breakfast with your family while dishing up a special treat.

I love waffles. We have a waffle maker but I never would have thought to use Pillsbury rolls for batter. What a great idea.

I love waffles and I betcha almost any of the quick refigerated rolls would work for this but I do like the idea of the cinnamon rolls the best. This makes it quick and easy!
