Getting our porch ready for Outdoor Entertainment with the Sonoma Outdoors Collection #FindYourYes

Living in Florida, we usually have lots of outdoor activities and entertainment. This year, we haven’t been home all of June and are now slowly getting our outdoor space ready to have a few evening get together with friends and family. We don’t need to have a special occasion to hang out together, but I always love to make it look nice. Kohl’s has sponsored this post but all opinions and ideas are my own, just in case you needed to know.

I headed to Kohl’s the other day, my all time favorite store to shop for, you probably have figured that out already. They always have the best deals and products that fit my lifestyle. To my surprise the Sonoma Outdoors Collection was on sale and I was able to score a few great things for dinner parties and get together that would come in handy this summer.

You need lights:
I love the solar lights that come in different shapes, sizes forms and colors. They will look fun on every table whether it be during the day or at night. Can’t go wrong with too many solar lights and Kohl’s has plenty to choose from.

You need plates:
I also found a lot of different plates and cups and since they all were on sale you may wanna hurry and stock up before they are all gone. You have to have fun cups and plates for any dinner party and the Sonoma Melamine Dinner plates will always be a hit. Toss them in the dishwasher and they will be ready to shine at your next party. It’s that simple.

You need a Pitcher:
A pitcher is a must at every party and my favorite is the SONOMA outdoors™ Plastic Pitcher with Infuser. It is the perfect size, will fit into your fridge and perfect for outdoor entertainment. No worries that it will break and in case you serve sweet tea you can always remove the infuser. But trust me, you will love the infuser filled with lemons in your sweet tea or just water. Our favorite is lemon slices with mint leaves in the infuser over cold water. Delicious, try it next time.

You need cups:
Of course you need cups at your party, I found the perfect casual cup at Kohl’s; I had to grab 4 of them, they are a hit in my house and I know they will be in yours, too. The SONOMA outdoors™ Mason Jar with Straw are affordable, durable and fun for everyone at your party to have. My kids fight over them, I may have to grab a few more.

Seating:
Every party needs to have some seating and I found a few nice items while strolling my local Kohl’s and made a wish list of items that I would love to have on my patio. Do you make a wish list, too when you see items you love? I know, I’m crazy. The SONOMA outdoors™ ASTORIA Patio Furniture caught my eye. It was a space saver, which is always good at my house and love the look. Isn’t it cool?

Cool stuff to have outdoors:
Ahhh.. I found a lot of cool stuff that I would love to have on my patio, hope my hubby is checking this out and maybe gets a hint of one or the other item that should be on our back patio this summer. First the SONOMA outdoors™ Presidio Patio Wicker Cooler caught my eye, I think that’s such a cool idea, especially in Florida. Keep all your drinks outside and you don’t have to run back and forth during the party, love it! Then I think the SONOMA outdoors™ Fire Pit would be super cool. Not that we need it for the heat here in Florida during the summer, but it would be fun to roast marshmallows when friends come over and just hang out. Totally a must have item.

Now you know a few items that I have on my patio and porch and if the rain would let off, which has been around all week, I actually could have showed you all my fun things on the porch instead of just telling you about them oh and I could have actually had a BBQ together with my friends with all the fun new Sonoma items that I bought… Oh well, once the rain moves out, one day, I will have the BBQ party and all of you will be invited.
