Remember back in the day when a PC was a novelty and you probably thought you would never ever be able to afford one? Well… then the 90’s rolled around and we all had those huge PC’s in the home. Since the PC wasn’t cheap per say you were lucky to have one machine for the entire family. I remember dial up and waiting for pages to load. Good Ol’ times… I do remember Windows 95, how I loved it and a lot has changed since. Tell me about it, we are now in world where everyone has a PC, a Laptop or a tablet a smartphone and almost everything and everyone has a device connected to the internet somehow. Crazy world we are living in. Would you want to miss it though?
Didn’t think so and neither would I. However I kept telling my husband for years that I wish I could find a PC small enough to do everything my big desktop does but not as heavy as a Laptop. Something that would be easy to take along similar to those book tablets but something that does all the windows applications.
Well… The wait is over, it’s finally 2015 and who would have thought I would be talking about Windows Intel Tablets
that are super easy to use, have all the things a big desktop could do but is light weight and will fit into your purse? I know, neither did I, but since I finally have one, I’m super excited to share my new love with you.
The new Toshiba encore 2 is pretty amazing and very affordable I may add. For under $250 the #IntelTablets comes equipped with Windows 8, a front and back camera, a full year of Office 360 and many more awesome features. Toshiba Encore 2 will be your full mobile office for when you rather take the kids to the park then to sit at a desk and work till 5; you can do any of your Windows applications from word processing to e-mails and anything else your desktop would do, right there on your #IntelTable. The tablet is Wi-Fi ready has a battery life of 11 hours and has a very sleek and slim design. Think only a Laptop could do your work? Think again and give the Toshiba Encore 2 a try, you will love it as much as I have.

A few things I love doing on my new #IntelTablets are:
-
Use it as my personal cookbook while preparing dinner. Everything is at your fingertip and you will never have to look for that long lost recipe ever again; just Google it and you will find it. Trust me… It’s awesome!
-
Taking pictures of the kids while on the go. While I work, answer e-mails, prepare some blog posts or jot down ideas I will never miss a goal or exciting event, in the blink of an eye I can turn the camera and capture all the memories; can you do that sitting in your office? Didn’t think so…!!!
-
Keep track of all my spreadsheets, tracking income, expenses and just doing the family budget planning, all while sitting at soccer practice. Never waste a minute thinking “Oh, I really have to do our budget when will I find time”; the tablet will give you access to all your Excel Spreadsheets and then some.

Love the apps that are available for Windows 8. Since the tablet is equipped with Windows 8, you get all the fun touch screen functions along with all the amazing apps to make your day to day easier or yes… load a few games for the kids to keep them busy during your commute. Win win for all.

I know there are a lot more features that I love, I did tell you it’s under $250, right? Highly encourage you if you are in the market for a new PC to check out the #IntelTalets and I’m sure you will not be disappointed, you will not even miss your big desktop. I promise!
I’ll play with my Tablet for a few more weeks and will report back what we were able to accomplish while not sitting on a desk. What would you do if you could take your PC with you in your purse? Would love to hear all about it, some ideas and can’t wait to see them. Leave me a comment below.

I have an Intel Tablet and I love it because I can take it to any room in the house and it is not heavy or big, and I can look up stuff and even take pictures! I want to get a new one one of these days, and they are so much cheaper than a laptop!
