Host your Cookie Exchange party on a Budget with Dollar Tree

December 18, 2013 By Melanie Roberts 31 Comments

Let’s party with the Dollar Tree this Holiday Season….

Cookie Party fun with Dollar Tree

This is the Season to spend lots of time with your family and friends, baking cookies, hosting parties and just hanging out warping presents. Money can also be tight sometimes this time of the year, but have no fear Dollar Tree is here.

You can host the perfect Cookie Exchange and don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to do it. I strolled my local Dollar Tree the other day and they had everything I needed to throw a fun party from cookie cutters to sugar and candy; all was a Dollar of course.

They also have beautiful Tins and boxes to wrap up your delicious cookies and wrapping paper can’t be missed as well. Funny thing, I told my husband that I need some wrapping paper and his answer was “Go to the Dollar Tree, I saw at least 10 people the other day walk out with a bunch of wrapping paper, they must give it away for free”…LOL. He had no idea that I was working on this post to share some deals, but I thought it was perfect to share with you. So if you are in need of some wrapping paper, don’t forget to check out your local Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree has amazing products for a Dollar, yup… One single Dollar only, each item, every day! Your party will be a hit if you hand each of your party guests a box of cookies along with a Christmas kitchen towel. I just love to find cute things in my Dollar Tree all the time and people can’t believe that I only spent a dollar.

I was totally amazed that they also had brand name products like Domino Sugar and that as well for only a Dollar. My Walmart couldn’t even sell it cheaper then that; keep that in mind for future sugar needs.

There you have it, your local Dollar Tree will have napkins, plates, cookie cutters, Christmas boxes and anything else you need for a successful party that didn’t break the bank and still had lots of fun and laughter.

Sweepstake Fun….

Dollar Tree currently has a fun Sweepstake running called “Santa Challenge”. The challenge runs through December 25th, 2013 and you can win 100 $10 Gift Cards and 10 $100 Gift Cards; how much fun would that be, a shopping spree at the Dollar Tree.

Now grab your purse and your car keys and head off to the Dollar Tree to see all the goodies they have for your next Cookie Exchange; you can also visit Dollar Tree on the Web and follow on Facebook or Twitter.

Even when having the money to shop elsewhere, it is soooo much fun to shop at the dollar stores during the holidays. There just isn’t anything quite like it. Then, add kids to the mix and it is an event!
