Hot Toys for 2012: Stompeez Slippers #Review and #Giveaway

What would Christmas morning be without a brand new pair of slippers? I know in my house a new pair of Slippers is a must. I ‘m fairly certain that your house is the same way and just knew that I had to get a hold of the Stompeez Company to be included in our amazing Hot Toys for 2012 Guide.

I’ve heard these little slippers have made quiet the buzz with boys and girls, moms and dads alike. My princess, who is four, couldn’t stop talking about how super cute these slippers where and how much fun it would be to have them to walk through the house.

Well, who could resist that cute little red head? I know I can’t and the amazing folks over at Stompeez couldn’t either. They decided to have us check them out and if we liked them we even could giveaway 4(!!) pairs to our amazing readers. That was a deal, wasn’t it?

There are 8 super cute characters to choose from, from cute bunnies, unicorns to crocodile or a puppy; there is something for everyone. At each step, they move as if they were alive. An air cushion in the heel of the sole triggers the funny animation. That’s the fun part for my princess; she just giggled every time she took a step through the house; she jumped and ran to see what the animation would do. It was hilarious to see her dance around with those slippers.

The slippers themselves are very comfy; soft and cuddly, just the way I want slippers to be. I ordered ours a bid bigger and I was able to squeeze my tinny foot inside them as well. SO so Comfy. The air cushion wasn’t overly noticeable when you walked in the shoes, but you noticed the ears flop with every step . I loved the super cute face that was revealed with every step. You just have to love it.

In reviewing the shoes, I came to the conclusion that they are made from high quality and certainly will withstand the jumps and runs your little one has in mind for these slippers. Honestly, I think these shippers will hold just as long as any of your high quality slippers you have been getting for your little ones each Christmas. Now, you probly wanted to know why I’m talking about “Holding up”.  I received an e-mail from a reader asking me specific how durable these shoes where.
