We are a big Soccer family and all three kids are actively involved in teams. We had our fair share of accidents, cuts and bruises and learned our lesson and always have a first aid kit in the car for those little boo-boo’s that just need a little attention right away.

I decided to give you a little insight into our First Aid Kit to get you started with your very own; it’s always good to have one around the house, in the car and any other place you think of; even the imaginable place, you never know when you need to treat that little cut or injury.   • Baby Shampoo to clean the cuts right away

  • More Band-Aid’s ~ you can never have too many of those

    I’m sure I forgot a few things, we update our kit often and replace anything that was used quickly. I also love to use sample size of the ointments, shampoo and anything else that you can get samples, because you really don’t use it often but the time you need it, you are glad you have it in hand.     6. I need to inventory our first aid kits. Using baby shampoo to clean cuts it a great idea. Adding that to my inventory list.

    25. I had no idea that baby shampoo helped with cuts! Hmm…I wonder what’s in it that makes it great for those? Interesting! I definitely need to get a first aid kid set up for our car, ready to go for when we take trips. Thanks for giving me some ideas 🙂
