- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 1 ( 8oz.) pina colada yogurt
- 1/2 c milk ( optional)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder ( optional)

The blender bottle is good for more than just drinks. You can use it to make salad dressing, pancake batter, etc.

I always thought that blender bottles were basically just for protein shakes because I’ve only ever seen them at GNC. I found out from the website that they can be used for everything from scrambled eggs to cinnamon sugar!!! Who knew!
