I love Pancakes, we usually eat them for dinner at home, but I can eat them just as often as pizza, which is ALL the time…. have you ever had Banana Pancakes??

They are out of this world, simple and sooo yummy. Check it out

Pancakes

This is what you will need:

  • 1 cup of flour ( I love cake flour, but regular will be fine or even what will work great)
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Egg (I sometimes add 2…)
  • 1 cup Buttermilk or regular Milk
  • 2 Bananas cut into slices

This is how to make this:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a batter ( except bananas)
  2. preheat a few drops of oil in a pan
  3. Pour the batter into the hot pan, lay the banana slices on top and let one side brown, then flip and let the second side brown…
  4. Sprinkle with powder sugar if desired…

Enjoy… yummmyyyyy

You can substitute the Bananas for berries, Apples or any kind of fruit you like and you can also drizzle some Honey on top if you like…. mhhh mhhh mhhh Good Smile
