My Hubby, my Tween and Teen been asking for ribs for a few weeks now. Publix had a great Pork Rib sale the other day, so I decided to make them the dinner they wanted. This was really good, the boys and hubby enjoyed it a lot. I’m not a “wet” rib kind of girl, so for me it was okay, but I would much rather have my ribs from Chili’s ⦠They are my favorite ā¦J But it was good, quick and easy and best part cheap dinner for the family.
Here is what you need:

- 2 sides pork spareribs (about 6 pounds), separated
- 1 (28-ounce) can chunky tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How to make it:
Place the spareribs in the bottom of a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the spareribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

Ready to eat:

you didn’t find the ribs too fatty? everytime i cook ribs in the slow cooker they come out with way too much fat on them. boiling them beforehand helps but not as much as i would like. i find that i have to grill them or bake them in order not to be biting into fat

It depends on the ribs sometimes they come out great and hardly any fat other times they are fatty… the boys love them… I’m not a big rib person š
