Happy 4th of July & Meal Plan

Happy 4th of July to all my wonderful readers. Spend some well needed time with your family and enjoy the day

We had our big BBQ yesterday with Family and it was a ton of fun. I’m not a big fan of fireworks, it kind of freaks me out. I’m like my pup, hide when I hear the first firework and won’t come out till it’s over. But, can you blame me.. I‘ve seen 2 homes go up in flame and  burn to the ground from fireworks … so be safe, have fun but also be careful…

It’s hard to believe that we are now in the first week of July, where did the year go? I know some of you are probly trying to slab me every time I mention Christmas… I know, my co-workers do the same thing. But let’s face it… we are less than 6 month away from Christmas, once the kids get back into school it will zip right by and before we know it, it’s Thanksgiving again…..Before that happens, hurry grab a chair and a pitcher of Margarita.. Let’s enjoy the beautiful outdoors and most of all enjoy our families a little bit longer….

So, this week’s Meal plan will be another simple one. It’s too hot to eat and I work late every night…. simple it is.

Monday:              BBQ Leftovers from Sunday (our 4th of July dinner..lol)

Tuesday:             Hamburger Helper and then some ( I always add and mix 
                                              up more stuff with this Box meal to make it yummy)

Wednesday:        Stir fry and Taco Salad

Thursday:           Italian Style Beef Roast, pasta & salad (Crockpot Dinner)

Friday:                Frikadellen & German Potato Salad

Saturday:            Fish Fry – Family get together

Sunday:              Oven Roasted Leg Quarters, stuffing and Mashed Potato’s
