If you have an iPad , you should defiantly check out my review for the Palette by The Joy Factory or the review of the Folio360 below.Since I got my iPad a few month ago, I have been on the hunt for a case or something to keep it protected. I really enjoyed the Palette and it worked well for around the house and for the kids; however I do travel between the office and the home and we are planing a trip to Alabama in a few weeks and are also planing a long trip to Germany next summer. I needed something that would keep the iPad protected while we are on the go.
It was no brainer, I went to The Joy Factory and got the Folio360. It looked sleek and stylish. Perfect for a business trip, a business meeting, but still versatile for a family trip. The Case is awesome. I love that it will protect my iPad with this sturdy case very well; If you have a toddler or even a Tween and they are a bit clumsy, this case would protect your iPad from breaking if dropped. Not that I recommend it, but it is cushioned very well, yet still thin and lightweight. The black color just screams ” Style” and “Fashion”.

I really liked LOVED to have all the features in one product. If you find a product that looks stylish, you need to give up on comfort, or if you find a product that is comfortable you have to find something to go with it to get a better drop protection. I have yet to find one product that will have all the features I was looking for in a iPad case; until I found the Folio360. It had EVERYTHING and then some. I loved the entire case from the swivel to the stand to the protection and the design. AWESOME. Another great feature, you can purchase a car stand, this Folio360 will snap out of it’s cover and snap onto the car stand all in just a few seconds… super cool.
This Folio360 retails for $59.99 and can be purchased through Amazon.com or The Joy Factory . I did a little Search this evening and found out that people had some questions about the Folio360; let me go into a bit more detail and see if I can help the one or the other iPad owner make a decision on this case.
I was asked about the upright standing position if it is sturdy; let me tell you I thought it was very sturdy, my toddler had it sitting on the table and she was playing a game in the upright position without any problem; if you know children, then you know they aren’t careful or worried about things; they just take it the way it is; my toddler wasn’t very gentle on the case nor the iPad and it wasn’t falling down or wobbly at all, BUT you have to keep it on a solid table, counter or anything like that in order for it to be sturdy; if you are sitting on the plane and the iPad with the Folio360 in your lap, it won’t be as sturdy and may close on you; I tried it a few times this afternoon sitting on the couch and it was holding up well until I moved around too much then it closed on me, but if you are sitting with something solid underneath it will hold up very well for sure. The sideways position holds up very well no matter where the iPad is sitting; I had no problem with it closing on me at all.
The case is to my knowledge very well made, it doesn’t feel like it is cardboard and just a cover over it; it is flexible yet strong enough to keep your iPad protected; the case is held together by a magnet and I love the way it closes up. It is almost like a little briefcase, looks and feels like it, too.
Being a mom I can only speak from experience how we use it and look at the product, so please if you have any questions at all about this product message me or leave a comment and I will respond promptly; I’m in no way affiliated with the company and I will give my honest answer and review.
A reader wanted to see if the magnetic strap will hold in place for varies situations; it holds the iPad case if you flip the cover over like a Book and it also will hold the strap behind the iPad if you use the case as a stand, no strap flapping onto the screen or trying to struggle with holding the iPad and a strap at the same time. I’ve attached some new pictures below. hope this was useful and if you have more questions, please feel free to contact me.
I have another readers request, I’ve taken pictures of the iPad to show the “thickness” of the case. It really is slim and very light; honestly you can hardly notice it carrying the case around.
I took the case with me on a trip this past weekend and carried the iPad in the case all day through a Mall, without an issue. It felt like a small briefcase. I loved it. Wasn’t heavy or bulky at all. I’ve added a picture below, as you can tell it is light and looks just like book but a lot lighter. Check out some of the addl photos and I hope it will answer some more questions. If not, feel free to e-mail or message me and I will do my best to answer :-0)
