Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic #digestivehealth–update

September 11, 2011 By Melanie Roberts 6 Comments

A few days ago, I introduced you to a little pill called Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic. I’ve actually been taking this Probiotic Supplement for a good 3 weeks now. I decided since I just mentioned the product you should get an update on how it works for me and if it may be an option for you.

As I had previously mentioned, I have a tummy of it’s own. Some call it IBS, others call it just crazy. I’ve never seen a doctor but always worked around my crazy very unpredictable digestive tract. I was always careful of what I ate and even skipped at meal or two just to not have to deal with a crazy episode while out and about.

So taking these new Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic was a challenge and also hope in being able to eat, whenever, wherever and whatever I wanted.

The pill is about the same size of your average vitamin or supplement pill, so not really overly large and very easy to swallow with a cup of water.

Honestly, when I started taking the supplement I expected to maybe see a change in 2-3 weeks. I wasn’t really sure what to expect to be honest. So I was a bit surprised that after only taking the supplement for 2 days, yes 2 days…!! I noticed I had no bloating or shhh Gas.. yes Mom’s get that too…lol.. *just don’t let my kids know… because Mom’s are perfect.. right*

That was a pleasant, yet strange feeling; me no bloating or constipation? Okay, I was excited, but we are only on day two, is it something that may change once my body adjusts to it? Will it regulate me even after a few days of taking it? were just a few questions that ran through my head.

It’s been a good 3 (three) weeks now since I’ve started on the Probiotic and the first change like mentioned above is still the same today, no bloating or gassy feeling for me. I’m very regular, which wasn’t something I was used to before. I can also honestly say that I went out to eat on a few occasions and no crazy stomach episode afterwards; I was able to enjoy a meal with the family without worrying and running home immediately afterwards. A huge Plus for me.

So, it helped me coupe and overcome some digestive health issues, which is awesome. But, maybe I just had a good few weeks, maybe it really wasn’t the product that helped me feel better, maybe it was my imagination and hopes that want me to feel better… were yet another few thoughts running through my mind after about week 2. So I did what probly anyone else would do…. STOP the product and see.

Well… needless to say, my problems returned rather quickly and I can now honestly say that I’m a full believer of the Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic product. I’m back on it for a few days and notice a HUGE change from the few days I wasn’t taking the supplement.

I can not believe what such a  little pill can do for me and keep me regular, active and going without the fear of having an “IBS” Episode in the middle of a grocery Store or at the Playground with the family. I’m so glad I took the challenge and even challenged and questioned myself along the way to truly see the benefit of the product.

If you like to see if this product will help you with any of your digestive health issues or just to keep you healthy all together, check out your local Sam’s Club and read up on the Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic website for more information about the product. Since this Supplement is exclusive to Sam’s Club it may be a nice excuse to get that Sam’s Membership that you’ve been wanting for years now. The Supplement retails for about $29 for a 3 month supply.

WOW! I love that you stopped taking it for a little bit just to see – my mind works the same way, (sorta skeptical about stuff!) and it’s awesome to see that you found out it really does work. So glad you have something to keep your tummy happy!!

Wow! I think we has the same stomach! I have been taking a probiotic complex from GNC for some time now but this one is a bit cheaper. My question… does it have to be refrigerated? Pretty embarrassing having to ask to store your bowel movement pills in the fridge if you stay the night some place. 🙂
