I love Fruit dinners, and if I can cook with fruit that makes it that much more fun for me. I found a wonderful company a few weeks ago called “OranicVille”. They have organic salsa, teriyaki Sauce, Pasta Sauce, ketchup and anything else you need. Besides the traditional flavors they also have the “island” flavor, that I love. Be sure to check out my Crockpot recipe for the Island Teriyaki, it sure was yummy.
I also checked out a jar of the Pineapple Salsa, just up my ally. it was delicious. Sweet and tangy and just awesome with a batch of home made corn chips, or take some flour tortilla, cut them in fours, deep fry them.. pair this with the Pineapple Salsa and you have a wonderful snack. You can also add the Salsa to your favorite Taco to give it a bit of an island feel. I loved it, really good. Hubby on the other hand didn’t really care for the Salsa, he isn’t a sweet dinner person, he liked it, but he said he wasn’t “Wild” about it. Everyone has different taste buds so no heart feelings here, I was able to keep the entire jar to myself and let me tell you, I enjoyed every little bit of it
