It’s so simple.
What you need:
- 23 Christmas Goodie bags with tie strings
- 24 little gifts, candies, toys ( I went to the Dollar spot and bought pencils, paper etc.)
- a Tub, bowl, basket anything to put the bags in
-
a bigger item, could even be PJ’s, movie, DVD, Cd, coloring book etc., wrapped
How to make it:
- Fill each goodie bag, however you like
- In the bottom of the container put your “bigger ” gift, make sure it’ warped, on top add all the goodie bags.
- If you like, you can number each bag.
- That’s it, now each day your little one will pull a bag and start the count down to Christmas. Till he/she gets to the end and see’s the “bigger” present then it’s Christmas Eve….
- If you decide to add numbers, you can still put them all in randomly and let your little one look for the number each day, helps them start counting and number recognition as well…
- For the little, little ones I would leave the numbers off and just have them pick a baggie each day…

Love this idea. I have 15 grandkids, I would need a tub! lol
Most of the time I hang extra candy canes on the tree for them to pick off when they visit, but this is a much better ideal! They would love it!
Im going to do this fot them this year. Thank You for the idea.
