What would be a Monsters University day be without some snack ideas; I’ve already shared our favorite craft ideas and don’t forget to check out our Monsters University Toy Giveaway, now it’s time to share some of our favorite recipes that we found around the web and pinterest.

Mike Cupcakes – This is such a super cute idea to create Mike out of a few cupcakes and the Duke & Duchesses came up with a super simple way to do just that. I love that idea and had to share it with you guys; whether it be your next party or just a brunch surprise your kids will love this.

Mike’s Melonade – Would be a great addition to your next Monsters University breakfast or party, this is a must have and so simple to make. Duke & Duchesses came up with another amazing idea to keep the kids happy and all in a simple and fun way that even the kids can help you with.

Monster University Party ideas – this was too cute not to share. So many snack ideas for your little Monster fan, you can make them all and entertain the neighborhood or just a few for your family to have a fun Monsters University movie party, love them, you should check out what Giggles Galore came up with. Loved it…

Monster Puddings looked like such a  fun idea for the entire family and super simple…. let the kids help and you all will have a great time and memories that will last a lifetime. To find the recipe, be sure to visit Zui.com

Monster Sandwiches looked sooo much fun and I know the kids would love them for lunch; check out how My Own Road created these step by step and you will not believe how simple they are to make.

Keep the Juices flowing – how about another smoothie? I just love finding these simple ideas and they look amazing. The kids will LOVE it. Check out how Mom Endeavors created this simple smoothies in no time and all the kids loved drinking them, even the adults wouldn’t say no.

Mix it all up with this fun Popcorn mix; this would be perfect for a movie night and super cool to have on hand when you are watching Monsters, Inc. or the new Monsters University in your living room. I bet you will be the best mom ever.. just like the mom over at the Hungry Harps, who dished this up for her family. Love it…

Another super fun ideas comes from The Comic Book Mom; she made a Mike Mock-tail for her fun movie night; this looks like a great drink idea for the kids and would be a hit with all the kids, too.

As you can see it’s super simple to create some fun and entertaining snack and dinner ideas for your little Monster University fan, doesn’t have to break the bank either, but the kids will think you are the BEST MOM in town!!!

    I absolutely love these ideas, Melanie! So cute! I was trying to figure out if that was grapes on the Monster eyes but realized it was jelly beans. I think grapes would be a cute substitute.
