Do you like Sunday Breakfast, but don’t like to spend all morning on the stove making one egg at a time for your family? I know with a Tween and a Teen I could probly spend ALL day making eggs; however I rather enjoy spending time with my family, so check this cool tip out that I found over at Tommy the Material Girl; works beautifully and while the eggs are cooking I can spend time with the kids laughing and chatting or just prepare another meal :0)
Use your muffin pans to cook eggs!!! They will come out with a perfect shape too. Just grease the compartments (I use my finger to make sure I get the whole surface) or spray the Teflon inserts with cooking spray. Crack your egg into it’s own little bed (tanning bed, that is) and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes at 350º. A great thing to do also is to make your own egg McMuffins and freeze them for later use. All you need are English muffins and a piece of cheese and if you want, add a sliver of Canadian bacon to the breakfast sandwich. I nuke the frozen sandwiched for about a minute and a half and eat!!!

Love this idea I always end up eating last so this would be a good solution

I like this for McMuffins. I’ve contemplated using cookie cutters to get the perfect shape, but didn’t have enough. This will be perfect to try out!
