What’s Cooking this week ~Meal Plan

It’s Monday… and we are on our way back home from an amazing trip to Daytona Beach; was a short one, but we had a blast. Now it’s time to get back to reality and start thinking about what to dish up this week.

What did you do this weekend? Anything fun? Special?

Okay, let’s start our Meal Plan, boy I wish I had a maid that would cook my dinner and plan the Meals for me.. sooo not in the mood, I wanna go back to the beach…..*Can I pout??*

Monday:              Black Bean Taco Salad with Salsa and Guacamole

Tuesday:              Simple Sloppy Joes with Salad

Wednesday:         Texas Enchiladas with Salsa

Thursday:            Pumpkin Cinnamon Cocoanut Chicken Casserole

Friday:                 Pizza on the Grill with Salad

Saturday:             Po’boy Sandwiches

Sunday:               Moms night off!!!!!!!

    I started planning my meals in advance instead of winging it everyday. It has worked out better for the family and I am less stressed.
